The Pet Travel Scheme (PETS) is a system that allows people in the UK to take their dogs, cats and ferrets to other EU countries, and return with them to the UK without quarantine.

Opening Hours

The Centre is open:

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm

Saturday 8.30am to 12.00pm

We are available during these hours for all your pets' needs - general advice, pet care products and pet foods.

Veterinary consultations are by appointment at the following times:

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 11.00am, 2.00pm to 3.00pm and 4.00pm to 6.00pm

Saturday 8.30am to 11.00am  Please note we reserve Saturday appointments for pets that are unwell.
