Over the weekend of 26th-28th June a failure of a local O2 mobile mast meant there was an intermittent problem accessing our out of hours emergency service. This included voicemails left by clients not being received by the duty vet. We offer our sincere apologies for any difficulties caused by this technical fault. As soon as the problem was identified alternative arrangements were made for emergency call diversions. O2 have been contacted  and assure us work is being done to restore normal service and an alternative provider has been sourced to prevent further issues in the interim.
