Allan Dick

Veterinary Surgeon / Clinical Director

Allan graduated from the Royal Veterinary College and after working in Argyll, Shropshire, Norfolk and Cheshire came to Brackley in 1983. The current Centre was opened in 1984 and Allan became a full partner in 1988. Allan’s interests include all aspects of the natural world and various countryside pursuits, on which he is often accompanied by his black Labrador Finn.

Clare Dick

Clare graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 1983 and has been an associate at the Croft Veterinary Centre since 1988. Clare enjoys reading in her free time and is a member of a local book club. She also enjoys going to the theatre, cooking, gardening and walking her lovely black Labrador Finn.

Caroline Humphrys

Caroline Humphrys

Veterinary Surgeon

Caroline graduated from Bristol University in 2008 and joined Croft Veterinary Centre in March 2014 after working in mixed practice in the New Forest for the previous 5 years. She’s actually moved back closer to her hometown having grown up in Towcester.  She gained an RCVS Certificate of Advanced Veterinary Practice (CertAVP) in 2016 and a post graduate Certificate in Veterinary Professional Studies (PgCertVPS) in 2017. During her spare time Caroline enjoys training her chocolate Labrador Skadi, horse riding and also playing piano, flute and singing.  She has been around the world taking part in choir tours.

Pilar Huerga

Pilar graduated from the University of Leon, Spain in 2014. She joined Croft in August 2018, having worked for 3 years in West Yorkshire. She enjoys cinema and reading in her spare time.

Anissa Yung

Anissa Yung

Veterinary Surgeon

Anissa graduated from the University of Glasgow and joined us here at Croft Vets in October 2019. She has grown up with lovebirds and a dog, and currently has 2 cats named Bruce and Sebastian, and a Dawsie the irish terrier. In her spare time, Anissa enjoys hill walking, yoga and rock climbing.

Sophie O'Doherty

Veterinary Surgeon

Sophie joined the Croft team in May 2020. She graduated from Bristol University in 2011 and gained an RCVS Certificate of Advanced Veterinary Practice (CertAVP) in 2018. Outside of work Sophie has a young family and dog to keep her very busy, as well as a love of horse riding.

Aimee Paterson-Young

Aimee started with our team in January 2021, although she has been practising as a vet since graduating from Bristol University in 2011. She has a PG Certification in Small Animals and Critical Care, and her love of animals spills into her own home where she has 3 cats.
